cure for a frozen shoulder ?

If any one is looking on here and they have any tips for curing a frozen shoulder, then I would really appreciate it if you could pass them on. I have been suffering for a couple of weeks, but this past week I have been in agony.
I can't even lift my cup of tea, I thought I might have to miss the Hobbycraft fair at the NEC on Thursday, but my daughter Katie came with me and was a great help by carrying my goodies and generally looking after me
( made me feel old though ).
So,.... I did try to make a card for the LIM challenge but missed the deadline, I got carried away and put all the brads on my project, before I realised I needed to put it through the cuttlebug.Mmmm what to do? so I put it through the cuttlebug anyway, I thought it might just be ok........its surprising how much bigger brads look when squashed flat !!!!! Who would have thought crafting could be so frustrating, or is it just me who does daft stuff lol.
I have only just got round to admiring my new goodies and haven't had a play with them yet, so I hope this week will be a better one cos I need to make a new baby card, a get well card, and a, just wanted to say
"hello friend" card. I would like to use the new MS punch I bought at the NEC, but found out to my cost it is too painful , so any tips ladies ?

Less is More Challenge - week 6 - "Off The Edge"

Phew !!!, well thats my card finished for my first ever entry to any challenge, and I have chosen :-
'Less is More' week 6 - Off the edge, as my baptism of fire lol.

Silly me thought how difficult can it be, I spent a whole day going through my stamps trying to find one
I could use, then I spent the next day stamping it and trying to make it work. On the third day I realised
it wouldn't, so back to the drawing board ( or should I say stamp drawers) and then bingo !
I came across my creative expressions large Butterfly stamp.
So finally after many attempts (wrong card stock, wrong type of ink, should the butterfly be at the top ?
bottom ? left ? right ? smudges !!! ) Ahrrrrrrr !

Finally this is my Less is More entry Stamped on Whisper White card, with Versafine Onyx black ink,
the  sentiment stamp is from Dimension Fourth, colour on the butterfly wings is from a Violet Signo
pen, and lastly the bit of bling that I couldn't resist, and might get my fingers smacked for. Sorry ladies it is my
first attempt I will try harder next time.  lol x

Yay..... managed it, a big thank you to Chrissie for  helping me in creating the direct link

Eureka ! ! ! !

Hello to you,
I hope you have had a happy Sunday, the weather this afternoon in Yorkshire has been beautiful, clear blue skies and wonderful sunshine.
However, I have been busy importing and editing the photographs of my cards ( don't I sound like I know what I'm doing ) lol, Thank You Jim for the technical support. It can be a long business as I have to make lots of notes
that I can look back on for the next time I need to do it. I seem to be able to forget anything I am 'shown' on the computer with great ease.
Any way I hope I've got this right ..........luv lottie x

I made this card in memory of my mums birthday
Love and miss you mum xx

Image is Magnolias, Tilda with flowing hair, I stamped her with Memento Tuxedo black, and
coloured her with Promarkers. Skin : Satin, Blush, Dusky Pink, Blossom. Hair : Tan, Yellow, Henna. Shoes : Black, then lacquered  with glossy accents.

I paper pieced her dress with paper from V&A Hanovarian DP.
I used a different DP from the same pack for the mat and punched with Martha Stewart doily lace punch.

Spellbinder Nestabilities,  oval and round in
classic and scalloped were used for the card mats for Tilda and the sentiment, which I did on the computer.

I decoupaged Tildas dress, her left arm, the basket and flowers, and also her left shoe.

The flowers in the basket came from  Chris Warner's Every Day Collection CD, and a L-Em
punch for the greenery.

The large flower was created using Pearlescent card and the Crealies creative flower die No 11.

I think my mum would have liked this card, I hope you do too.
Thanks for looking  x

Its a New Dawn, Its a New Day, and I'm Feeling Good..........

Well I think I am,
Hello to you, this feels really strange almost like I am talking to myself, which in my household is nothing new, so I suppose I shouldn't be worrying about it.
If only you knew how difficult I have found it to get this blog up and running ( I am not the most computer literate, or gifted person in the world,) and if anything can go wrong, then it will for me. So if you do have a peek leave me a comment so I wont feel all alone in the great ether.
I am now going to try and get a picture of a card I made for my late mums birthday on here so at least you have something to look at. Wish me luck.
Hope to see you soon........  luv lottie x
